If you have the Microsoft word program you can download the (Word Format) version and print, or download onto your computer and type all your information directly on the form. You can save the form on your computer to add or revise your information as you need. Typed versions are acceptable in your record book.
The PDF versions are also listed in case you cannot open the Word Formatted ones although they are not fillable forms.

NOTE: If you are a Senior Member who is interested in competing at the State Level with your Record Book, please visit http://www.ca4h.org/4hresource/ir/recordbook/competition.asp for more information. The format and forms are different if you wish to go to the State Level.
Just a thought, its a good idea to print the club and county judging sheets (below) to help make your goals for the year.

Record Book Grading Sheets:
You will need to print and include both the Record Book Grading Sheet and the Elibility Scorecard to have your record book judged at the club and possibly the county level. The Record Book Grading Sheet and the Eligibility Scorecard should be hole punched and secured at the front of your book.
**You do not need to include the Grading Sheet County as this is just for you to see the county judging criteria. If you book makes it to County Record Book Judging, they will include this form for you.
