WHAT IS A 4-H ALL STAR?

The County 4-H All Star is the highest recognition for a 4-H members in Tehama County. It recognizes individuals in 8th grade and older for their outstanding leadership, community service and project work. Being an All Star is an opportunity for further experience and growth in public speaking, leadership and community involvement. In Tehama County, the goal is to select up to four 4-H teen members, annually, to represent the county at county, regional and state 4-H events.

 WHAT IS BLAST?

BLAST: Becoming Leaders...All Star Trainees, is an opportunity for 4-Hers in the 5th grade and older who are interested in using their leadership and community service skills to assist the All Star team at a county level. The goal is to select up to four teens to be part of the BLAST team.
